Welcome - I'm glad you're here!
I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer, passionate about creating smart, functional, and efficient mechanical systems. With a Master's in Robotics and Autonomous Systems from Arizona State University(ASU), I enjoy the process of taking an idea from a rough sketch to a precision-machined part that performs in the real world, through thoughtful design and engineering.
Thanks for stopping by - feel free to explore my work!
About Me.
With 2 years of hands on experience bringing mechanical components from concept to production. My work lives at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and testing - where ideas become real, function products.
From 3D modeling and CAM programming to CNC machining, prototyping, and validation, I enjoy being deeply involved in every stage of the product development cycle. I've designed and built custom jigs, fixtures, and production parts, refining them through testing and refinement.
I thrive in fast paced, execution focused environments where precision and practicality matter. Whether it's solving complex design challenges or optimizing for manufacturability, I'm driven by building things that work and work well.
Experience
LSP USA, LLC - Mechanical Design Engineer
May 2024 - Present
-
Designed and machined jigs, fixtures, and opto-mechanical components using Creo, SolidWorks and their respective CAM add-ons, and a 3 axis CNC milling machine.
-
Supported R&D projects for battery production lines of clients like Ultium Cells, focusing on defect reduction and cost efficiency.
-
Created detailed drawings, tool paths for manufacturing, BOMs and documentation to support prototyping, testing, and mass production.
Arizona State University - Research Assistant (PARA Laboratory)
December 2021 - April 2024
-
Designed and 3D printed mechanical assemblies for a stereo vision robot in a U.S. DOT-funded threat detection project.
-
Integrated Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and motion components (actuators, motors) for camera positioning and scanning.
-
Performed testing and pipeline failure analysis using ANSYS, and industry standards like ASME B31G and NG18 equations.
